create a market for my silk paintings
'Wearable Silk Art' is one of the things I do: colourful, vivid, playful yet elegant.
My creations are quite large, but very easy to transport because I'm selling the pieces without frames.
I've got them on my website, but am always looking for other avenues to market them. What can you suggest?
My website is http://www.vacation-ideas-spain.com/painting-on-silk.html

Your work is absolutely beautiful Jacqui, all of your work. I can't offer much on how to market it except to list your website on as many places online as you can. I'm sure it will create a lot of good responses and sell your paintings. I post on Annexcafe.com, it's a newsreader, and a very safe and secure site. They have a group there called 'Chamber of Commerce' where you can post your site if you are interested and doing that anywhere will generate an interest in your paintings. Good Luck!

Thanks for your kind words, Linda. And, thanks for your suggestions. As you may already know, among other things, I'm promoting my silk art as well as my cookery books... and childrens novels - epic adventure, danger, intrigue, quest, evil creatures, colourful characters....set in faraway New Zealand. [It's based on the travelling through NZ that I did as a university student, a long time ago.] If you should want to find out a little more, please do browse my website. The Preview pages are under Inspiration, Novels;
