You could just email them all and provide them with the web address (http://www.mymission2.com); but if you use the referral features within the site then you earn points which can earn you rewards, prizes and grants at the end of each month.
Last month winners are listed on our blog here:
Many thanks and happy missioning!

I wish there was a refferal link so thatv the email that I send is more personalised, or can one change the email from within the site?

Please can you tell us which referral method is not working and provide as much detail as possible so that we can fix it for you (it is working fine for us).
Are you using the Tell A Friend feature? (The signpost to this feature appears at the top right every now and then at random). Does it work for you when you are signed in? How about when you are not signed in?
Or are you using the feature when you publish a new mission or a resonse which says "Email this to my friends" or "Email this response to ..."?
Currently there is no way to customize the referral email. But we'll consider changing it in the future ;-)

If you send a referal email to one person then you could get the link from the email they receive and paste it into your own email.

The 'tell a friend' referral has never worked for me, but the 'email this response to' does. I tend to just tell people the link or write it down for them, and only use the 'email this reponse to' for friends who are already members of the site, whose attention I want to draw to a particular mission.

This was a problem way back in September, too. The "tell a friend" has never worked for me, only the email response. I stopped doing it, as it is too subjective. I wanted to be able to just tell friends about the site in general, but the only way to do that still is by emailing them outside of the site. I put the url in my Christmas letter this year, and am now waiting for the 40 ppl to pop up here! Even if only 10 of them do, it is still something!
Congrats, Moses, on your special award!
