Are you aiming to lose a lot of weight, or just a little? If you want to use a lot, then cardio workouts would be best, something that gets your heart going! Sometimes a brisk walk is good for this - you should walk fast enough that you're breathing heavily, but not so fast that you can't talk while doing it.

If you want to lose only a small amount of weight, then adding walking to your day can really make a difference. Take the stairs instead of the lift, walk instead of public transport or car - and you'll start to notice how much better you look and feel!

hi .. how is it going? It's been some time since you last wrote in, any updates to your mission? Some sites you might be interested in: http://www.tidesoflife.com/food_combining.htm or, http://www.gardendome.com/food_combining.html .. keeping the weight down, I've found I needed to exercise, whether it be little or a lot, plus eat sensibly following the above guidelines. I had a massive stroke and was paralysed 14 years ago. But, I did what little exercise I could manage, and slowly my overall recovery improved (I went from dress size 10, to 14, back down to 10 during those years) see: http://www.twinkii.net .. cycling, running,walking, swimming, dancing (jive, salsa, samba.. line-dancing) all help to keep the metabolic rate up and burn more calories, even running up&down stairs...(try jigging/dancing to fast-paced music at home, for a cost-effective way to lose weight).. - good luck.
